We are currently recruiting experienced Wheel Loading Shovel Operators for a great opportunity in the Dorset area, working on a busy site with a well-established client.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Optional weekend work available
• Typical shifts: 10–12 hours per day

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo) – essential
• Proven experience operating a wheel loading shovel (quarry or similar environment preferred)
• Full PPE
• Strong understanding of site safety procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of a wheel loading shovel
• Loading and moving materials as required on site
• Supporting site operations and working as part of a team
• Carrying out daily checks and basic machine maintenance
• Following all health and safety regulations
