We are currently recruiting experienced Groundworkers for a major long-term infrastructure project in Bridgwater and surrounding South West areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent work on a well-run site with competitive rates and long project duration.
The Role
You will be part of an established site team delivering high-quality groundwork and civil engineering works on a busy project. We are looking for reliable, skilled operatives who take pride in their work and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drainage installation (deep and shallow)
– Kerbing and edging
– Concreting and finishing works
– Trenching and ducting
– Pipe laying and manholes
– Foundations and footings
– General groundwork and site preparation
– Working to drawings and site specifications
– Maintaining health & safety standards on site
Essential Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Groundworker
– CSCS Card (essential)
– CPCS/NPORS (advantageous)
– Ability to work from drawings and site instructions
– Full PPE
– Own transport preferred
Project Details:
Location: Bridgwater, South West
Rate: £20 per hour (DOE)
Duration: 8+ months
Hours: Full-time with weekend opportunities
