Mando Solutions are looking to employ an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our thriving engineering services department, providing maintenance and engineering support to a large scale aggregate processing sites across the South Wales area.
The ideal Electrical Maintenance Engineer will have knowledge and experience of fixed asphalt, concrete plants or sand and gravel operations running motors up to 150kw and PLC control systems would be desirable, however, we’d also like to hear from you if you can demonstrate your electrical knowledge gained in other industries.
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer duties include:
– A commitment to participating in and contributing to a safe working environment at all times
– A willingness to learn and/or develop your current skill set
– Good communication skills and a desire to work both individually and as part of a team
– The ability to provide excellent service to our clients
– Basic computer literacy is desirable
– Fully qualified electrical maintenance engineer with experience of 3 phase supplies and controls systems and also 17th Edition
– Be able to read and understand electrical statutory inspection reports and ensure that all NCR’s are rectified in a timely manner.
The successful applicant’s duties will include but will not be limited to the following:
– Complete planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance activities
– Record and monitor the scheduled electrical maintenance process documentation.
– Response to plant breakdowns in a timely manner
– Assist in delivery of our clients continuous improvement projects
– Support our clients to complete autonomous electrical maintenance tasks
– Ensure H&S standards are adhered to throughout the site
– General housekeeping
